We are currently looking for someone to train out of our facility. We offer: 1 - 7 matted Stalls in our insulated show barn Stalls cleaned 2-3 times daily Horses fed up to 4 times daily Fly Spray System Indoor hot water wash stall Seperate Feed Room Locked Tack Room Heated & Cooled Lounge with full kitchen, bath, TV/VCR/DVD and one bedroom Bob Kiser designed and built sliding track Several turn out pens and pastures
We live on-site and have over 20 years experience training and showing in NRHA, NRCHA & AQHA events but are in the process of downsizing our involvment. We are flexible and will work with the right person on terms - possibly including training or showing our horses or other work in exchange for board or rent. Our Marietta, Oklahoma Facility
We are situated on 280 acres along I-35 at mile marker 10 (west side) South of Marietta in Love County Oklahoma. Our current facilities include an insulated 10 stall show barn with foaling stalls, office / apartment, wash stall, feed and tack rooms. Large sand sliding track (designed and built by Bob Kieser), mid sized dirt riding area, round pen, 5 pipe turn out pens and three 1-3 acre pastures surround the barn. Three 40 acre pastures, one 20 acre turnout, one 130 acre pasture, several traps, Hay shed and Maintainance shop.
